All letters are hand-cut and hand-stitched, made from felt, and filled with polyester stuffing. The letters are movable so you can expand or contract the banner to your liking.
This is NOT A TOY!!! Because of the little felt pieces as well as the small glass beads used to look like sprinkles, these can be a choking hazard. The Garland should be used as decoration or photo props under direct supervision.
